West Coast Concrete was founded in 1985 by Todd Royer in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Over the last few years, West Coast Concrete has grown and now has the capability to complete any concrete job. We are a licensed California contractor that takes pride in being fast, clean and reliable.
